We believe that effective team development only emerges from the tacit acceptance that a team or organisation is first and foremost composed of individuals. Therefore, we concentrate on the dynamics, relationships, inherent culture, processes and environment within the group of individuals and identify the changes required to facilitate excellence, cooperation and success.
We work with teams and organisations offering assessment coaching and training to facilitate growth change and transformation.
Each client is an individual and every client's needs are different. At Edge Leadership we are aware of this and this is what makes our approach so fresh. We tailor all our programs to each individual clients needs.
Working with teams and organisations is different to working with individuals and at Edge Leadership we are trained to facilitate team coaching. We are facilitators of change and through the training and tools that we use we ensure that everyone in the team has a voice and that they can contribute.
Starting with assessment and 360 feedback, we then begin the coaching and facilitation. Coaching and facilitation dependant on the size of the project normally takes between six to twelve months. During the coaching and facilitation process, if it is identified that some additional training may be useful in specific subjects then we can also provide training.
All our coaching is growth and action based it is there to serve the client and encourage growth and change.
Only by taking action can the process of change happen.
