We work with individuals offering assessment coaching and training to facilitate growth change and transformation.
We accept that each client is an individual and every clients needs are different. At Edge Leadership we embrace this challenge and this is what makes our approach so fresh. We tailor all our programs to each individual's needs.
Our coaching process begins with assessment and 360 feedback. Coaching duration normally takes between six to twelve months. During the coaching process, if it is identified that some additional training in specific subjects may prove useful, we can arrange and provide this training.
All our coaching is growth and action based it is there to serve the client and encourage growth and change.
Only by taking action can the process of change happen.
